After you have hauled and sorted each lobster pot, you need to place the blue box down into the hatch in the floor on No Yankee to complete the hauling of the lobster pots.
During Snow Crab fishing, you need to toggle the crane between prepare pot and stack pot in the crew UI to have the crew to set or stack the pots onboard.
