You can find your savefile under: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\FNA\Saved\SaveGames
Your save is stored in this file, SaveGameXX.sav
This folder might be hidden, you can view these by using Windows Explorer -> View, then set a mark in "Hidden items"
