If you experience problems with mouse and keyboard not working.
Clicking with the mouse button in the main menu, which should override any controller mode even if you have a controller connected. Else, try to disconnect any USB device.
If still not working, you can try to delete the WM_DevicesConfigurations under *C:\Users
