If you cannot find our DLC in the game, it has probably not been downloaded and installed. Please check your game library.
Finding DLC I own in my library
DLC owned by your account can be viewed and managed in your library a few different ways.
Right click menu in Library
- Go to your Library in the Steam client
- Right click the game and select Properties... from the menu
3. Then select DLC in the window that appears
From the DLC installation and management menu you can see what DLC you have for the game and whether if it's been installed. If its not installed, its should miss the selected V under install. Tick it off to install the DLC.
In the example below you can see that both DLC for the game are currently installed:
